Marigold Montessori School is Hiring a Summer Teacher (school year opportunities may be available) Near Haverhill, MA
Your Role
As teacher, you will work in a team of 2 to 3 teachers and in conjunction with school teacher leaders. You will be a critical member of our school community reinforcing Montessori’s philosophy of whole child education. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support our students’ individual development
- Help maintain our beautiful and orderly Montessori environment
- Help with supervision of students to ensure a peaceful classroom environment
- Assist with the maintenance tasks such as preparing snack and doing dishes
- Potential to assume greater responsibilities based on experience and qualifications
Your Qualifications
- Experience with young children; Montessori experience is a plus
- Must have EEC qualification for preschool teaching
- Desire to further your understanding and practice of Montessori philosophy
- A desire to grow and learn in a collaborative, supportive, creative, and fun environment
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
